Floral Frequencies — an afternoon of plant communion + sacred sound ✿

Join us for an enchanting afternoon of flower-led plant communion and sacred sound healing in Boulder, Colorado. Together, we will explore what it means to be woven with the Earth and with one another as we open to the medicine of Rose. The afternoon will open with teachings on Rose and her medicine—followed by the opportunity to work with a Rose flower essence and/or Rose tea—and will conclude with a deeply relaxing and restorative crystal bowl sound healing meditation. After the sound meditation, there will be ample time for journaling, integration, and grounding.

This event is a unique opportunity to tap into the frequencies of flowers, the healing power of sound and vibration, and the magic that flourishes when community gathers in service of healing, beauty, and Nature's exaltation.

Holly Melohn's transformative journey began six years ago, sparking her passion for mental health advocacy, trauma healing, and holistic wellness. Confronting personal struggles such as substance abuse and eating disorders, she sought transformative change, guided by mentors, and embraced holistic alternatives to restore her well-being. Through her studies and certifications in various healing modalities, including Reiki, AcuDetox, and Sound Healing, Holly empowers others to reclaim lost parts of themselves and embark on their healing journeys. She believes in the innate capacity of each individual to heal and offers compassionate support for those navigating pain and darkness, fostering hope and self-discovery.
